What is the Academy?The Academy is aimed at improving the skills of individual players.
Academy provides 2 Academy Skills Training Programs - ‘Skills and Drills of the Professionals’ and ‘The Art of Goalkeeping’. Each Program consists 72 professional academy style training lessons with expert nutritional and fitness advice. The lessons reflect those used in professional football clubs across the UK and Europe.
The unique training content for the ‘Skills and Drills of the Professionals’ Program is delivered by football legends Paul Merson and Teddy Sheringham, and is endorsed by as well as a number of elite football professionals.
Academy delivers step-by-step, easy to follow Academy Skills Training Programs, from which you can improve your game, have fun, and - if you have the skill and talent - GSA can help you kick start your pro career.

What to Expect?
Subscribers to the Academyhttp://www.rokgsa.com will be provided with 12 months access to the Academy Skills Training Program of their choice. The Academy Skills Training Programs can be viewed either on-line, or via a compatible mobile phone (see the Mobile Zone for further details).

COACHING PROGRAM – BY REQUEST
GSA has a range of programs suitable for the coaches of a amateur or semi-professional team. We can provide elite professional Coaching Programs from top coaches and teams from around the world. Academy Director of Creative Coaching, Roger Spry is UEFA and FIFA Consultant, and has worked with many top clubs across Europe including Porto, Arsenal, and Celtic, and elite players including Luis Figo, Ronaldinho, and Deco.
All Coaching Programs carry Roger's seal of approval before they are made available on the website.
Each Program provides up to 12 months content, examples of which are coaching techniques modeled around South American & Portuguese methods, promoting simplicity not complexity, and Goalkeeper courses presented and delivered by Hans Leitert. Academy Director of ‘The Art of Goalkeeping’ at GSA, Hans will guide you through the 7 principles of mastering ‘The Art of Goalkeeping’, concentrating on what transforms an amateur keeper into a top class professional.
How does it work?
The Coach Zone programs will guide you through the techniques of creative coaching. The techniques are delivered via a coaching plan, and provide coaching methods that are easy to introduce into your own team's training.
The methods taught incorporate unique and elite coaching techniques, only previously used behind the closed doors of some the top teams in Europe. Coach Zone enables you to learn and apply these elite coaching methods in a structured and easy to follow plan.

Learn from the Pros
Academy Director of Creative Coaching Roger Spry has worked with many top clubs across Europe including Porto, Arsenal, Celtic, Panathinikos, Manchester City and Aston Villa, as well as elite players including Luis Figo, Ronaldinho, and Deco. Roger is also currently working with the Austrian National Team ahead of the 2008 European Championships, in areas including speed and strength development, stamina, isolation training, co-ordination, agility and mobility, rhythm and tempo, and flexibility development.
Roger is one of the top professionals in his field, and is highly respected across the world with his coaching programme very much in demand.
Academy Director of ‘The Art of Goalkeeping’ Hans Leitert has worked as ‘The Art of Goalkeeping’ coach to national team keepers from Austria, Croatia and Cameroon. Hans has also recently worked as head ‘The Art of Goalkeeping’ coach for Panathinikos.
